Payment Options
- We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- We are glad to provide a treatment plan and fee summary before care begins.
- A deposit may be required for inpatient services such as non-elective surgery or hospitalization.
- We do not extend credit or accept post-dated checks. Returned-check fees apply.
Deposit Policy
- New clients: a $65 deposit reserves your first appointment and is applied to your invoice at the visit.
- Surgery, dental & procedures: a deposit of 25% of the written estimate secures your appointment and is applied to the final invoice.
- Book your procedure the same day you receive the estimate and pay the deposit, and you receive 5% off the total invoice.
- Deposits are fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice. Changes inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Please respond to appointment reminders. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other patients.
Emergencies
If your pet or horse needs urgent care during business hours, call us right away at (937) 376-7669 and we will guide you.
After hours, please contact your nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital.
